The SO Saint Louis Foundation
It all begins with an idea.
The So
Saint Louis
Foundation
The So St. Louis Foundation was created to uplift, unify, and empower the people of St. Louis—especially the underserved communities often overlooked or misrepresented. Built on pride, resilience, and real representation, the Foundation focuses on community development, youth outreach, local entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation.
Our mission is to:
Support local youth through mentorship, creative arts programs, and educational resources.
Invest in the community by funding grassroots initiatives and providing opportunities for economic growth.
Preserve and promote St. Louis culture by telling our own stories, building pride, and changing narratives.
Create safe spaces for healing, organizing, and rebuilding trust across neighborhoods.
How Donations Will Be Used:
Every donation helps us put real work into the streets of St. Louis. Here’s how:
Youth Empowerment & Mentorship Programs – Funding after-school initiatives, creative workshops, and summer camps focused on music, media, entrepreneurship, and life skills.
Community Cleanups & Beautification Projects – Organizing block-by-block cleanup efforts, mural painting, and restoring neglected public spaces.
Micro-Grants for Local Entrepreneurs – Providing small grants and business support to up-and-coming Black-owned and community-driven startups in STL.
Emergency Support & Resource Drives – Delivering food, hygiene kits, school supplies, and winter gear to families in crisis.
Mental Health & Healing Spaces – Hosting wellness workshops, peer support groups, and trauma-informed events.
Cultural Events & Storytelling Projects – Funding local festivals, documentary storytelling, and events that amplify STL’s rich history and authentic voices.
The Foundation was made for the people—by the people—to be a force of positive change rooted in truth, strength, and the soul of St. Louis.
